Our mission is to provide logistics excellence expertise gained over years of working in automotive industry to any company when it's needed - without the time or cost of building it in-house.
Whether company is entering automotive sector, launching a new production program or optimizing an existing operation, we help it design efficient logistics processes, resilient supply chains and scalable operations that support long-term growth.
We also recognize that many companies require experienced specialists only during critical project phases. Building permanent teams for temporary workloads is often neither practical nor economical. By providing flexible project-based support, we allow our customers to access expertise exactly when it is needed while keeping their organizations lean and focused.

As Logistics Engineer at Mercedes-Benz, he was responsible for designing and implementing logistics concepts for a new vehicle manufacturing plant, supporting the successful launch of four vehicle models across three assembly lines. His work included material flow design, storage concepts, line feeding, logistics equipment planning and production ramp-up preparation
At Rimac Technology, he expanded his expertise into project and supply chain leadership. As Supply Chain Project Lead, he coordinated logistics activities for new development projects of high-voltage EV batteries and electric powertrain systems, ensuring logistics readiness, supplier onboarding, packaging and transportation concepts, material availability and production planning throughout the project lifecycle.
As Logistics Planning Manager at Rimac Technology, he led a multidisciplinary team responsible for end-to-end logistics engineering across multiple greenfield and brownfield projects. His team developed integrated logistics concepts covering inbound supply chain, internal logistics, customer interface and logistics IT systems, helping establish scalable operations for future production programs
Aayush Singh
Co-founder, Supply Chain Engineering
As Supply Chain Engineering Expert at Mercedes-Benz, BMW Group, Alstom Group and Rimac Technology – Bugatti Rimac Group, he worked on complex greenfield and brownfield projects across the automotive, railway and EV battery industries. His responsibilities included material flow engineering, intralogistics concept development, warehouse setup and commissioning, integrated logistics systems and end-to-end logistics solution design.
Having delivered projects across India, France, Germany, Hungary and Croatia, he gained extensive international experience in designing and implementing logistics concepts in diverse manufacturing environments. His approach combines engineering expertise with practical shopfloor experience, ensuring that logistics solutions are not only technically sound but also operationally efficient and ready for implementation
His exceeds concept design and targets successful implementation. Years of working in international, cross-functional teams gave him practical understanding of the challenges faced on the shopfloor, allowing him to develop logistics solutions that are both technically justified and operationally effective. He believes the best results are achieved by combining engineering excellence, practical experience and diverse perspectives
